Njord Joinery was founded by Sam Anklew, a Swedish-trained craftsman with a deep background in traditional, high-end kitchen making. After mastering his craft in Sweden, Sam moved to Australia and brought with him a refined approach to custom joinery — blending timeless Scandinavian design with modern Australian living.

Named after the Norse god of the sea, Njord represents more than craftsmanship. It’s about creating kitchens and interiors so thoughtfully made, they feel otherworldly — calm, functional, and quietly powerful.
